Rikon 8-3/8" Shaft, for 70-800 Woodturning System

This 8-3/8" long replacement shaft for the 70-800 Woodturning System is ideal for turning spindles and bowls using the RIKON carbide insert cutters.

• 8-3/8" long shaft is made from solid steel with a flat bottom for support and two side bevels for stability on tool rests when tilting the end cutters for shear-action cuts.
• Shaft tip is machined to take RIKON carbide insert cutters (sold separately) and includes a mounting screw with purchase.
• Shaft end is machined to fit the 70-800 System's 16" handle with collet chuck for easy shaft changing.
• 3 Shafts are included with the 70-800 Woodturning Set, and are also available separately for quick changing between standard and special shaped cutters.
