The rack and pinion placement on the front of the tool provides quick and easy depth setting adjustments. The GLF18V-25 is ideal for trimming laminate due to its transparent sub-base, which enhances work-piece visibility, and its dedicated laminate trim roller guide, which accommodates a variety of straight bits without ball bearings for precise flush trimming. Equipped with drop detection, the trim router automatically shuts off upon detecting a fall. Additionally, restart protection prevents the trim router from accidental startup when switching batteries.
