The Oliver 10055 15” Benchtop Planer combines everything we know about building planers, from current and previous generations, and adds to our already industry leading benchtop line-up. The 10055 is a category leader with the Oliver HCX Helical Cutterhead, increased cutting capacity, and powerful 2.5HP 1Ph 230V motor.
Powerful 2.5HP 1Ph 12Amp 230V motor. Plenty of power for smooth cuts and no blowing 115V breakers. 2-Speed gearbox provides 12 or 22 FPM feed rates. 4-post design ensures cutter head alignment to table. Oliver HCX Helical Cutterhead (not segmented, spiral, or helical-like). Oliver DRO for precise material removal. Large 15” x 23” table size (15"x48" with included extension tables). 4-depth stops allow easy set-up from 1/4” to 1”. Elevation crank with lock includes an easy-to-read scale. 4” Dust port to evacuate shavings which is reversible for left or right exit. Safety switch features overload protection and lock-out.
