Milwaukee HOLE DOZER™ with Carbide Teeth Small Arbor with Cobalt Pilot Bit

MAXIMUM ABRASIVE DRILLING ENDURANCE

When your crew is burning through standard bits on high-nickel alloys or abrasive cast iron, the Milwaukee 49-56-7110 Small Arbor with Cobalt Pilot Bit is the mechanical solution designed to maintain fleet uptime. Engineered specifically for the HOLE DOZER with Carbide Teeth platform, this arbor utilizes a specialized cobalt bit and a 135-degree split point to eliminate walking on hardened surfaces, ensuring every penetration is centered and efficient while maximizing the ROI of your consumables.

• / Cobalt Construction: Provides up to 10X longer life over standard pilot bits when tackling high-heat applications in stainless and cast iron.
• / Quad Edge Tip: Significantly reduces thermal build-up to prevent bit softening and dulling during high-friction drilling cycles.
• / 135° Split Point: Delivers immediate surface engagement without walking, maintaining precise hole locations in critical production layouts.
• / Universal Arbor Compatibility: Features a 1/4" x 3-1/2" bit profile designed to work seamlessly with all Milwaukee arbors for maximum versatility.
• / Optimized for Carbide: Engineered specifically to match the feed rates and performance of HOLE DOZER Carbide Teeth hole saws.
