Milwaukee 9/64" THUNDERBOLT® Black Oxide Drill Bit (12 PK)

MAXIMUM CORE STRENGTH FOR HIGH-TORQUE DRILLING APPLICATIONS

Engineered for the professional who demands more than a standard twist bit, the Milwaukee Thunderbolt® 9/64" Black Oxide Drill Bit is built to withstand the rigors of high-torque drilling. The standout feature is the proprietary Thunderbolt web, which utilizes a significantly thicker core to provide superior structural integrity against side-load breakage—a common failure point in deep-hole applications. By combining a parabolic flute design for rapid chip evacuation with a 135-degree split point, this bit ensures immediate engagement without walking, maximizing efficiency and extending the service life of your cordless drill's motor through reduced friction and heat buildup.

• / Thunderbolt® Web Design: Thicker core provides ultimate strength and protects against side-load breakage during heavy-duty use.
• / 135° Split Point: Precision start tip begins cutting on contact to prevent bit walking, ensuring accurate hole placement on curved or flat surfaces.
• / Parabolic Flute Form: Clears chips and debris faster to keep the bit cool and maintain cutting speed throughout the bore.
• / 3-Flat Secure-Grip Shank: Prevents the bit from slipping in the chuck, delivering maximum torque transfer to the cutting edge.
