Milwaukee Wire Stripper/Cutter for Solid & Stranded Wire

RAPID-ACTION CIRCUIT TERMINATION

For the industrial electrician churning through hundreds of terminations a shift, efficiency isn't just a goal—it is a code requirement. The Milwaukee 48-22-6109 Wire Strippers/Cutters are engineered to eliminate the fumbling often associated with standard multi-stage stripping tools. Featuring a tactical swing-lock design that facilitates true one-handed operation, these pliers ensure your tool stays closed in your pouch but deploys instantly the moment you reach the junction box. The curved blade geometry provides a cleaner shear on larger solid and stranded conductors, preventing the deformation that leads to poor terminal connections.

• / One-Handed Swing Lock: Facilitates immediate, spring-loaded deployment while ensuring the tool never accidentally opens in your electrical bag.
• / Curved Cutting Blade: Engineered for precision shearing of larger wire sizes without flattening the conductor, ensuring perfect contact in lugs and blocks.
• / Integrated Bolt Cutters: Precision-threaded holes for #6 and #8 bolts allow for quick, burr-free trimming of mounting hardware on the fly.
• / Industrial Rust Protection: Proprietary surface treatment prevents corrosion and pivot-stiffening even in harsh, damp construction environments.
• / Ergonomic Grip: Contoured handle design reduces repetitive strain during high-volume wire preparation cycles.
