The auxiliary handle improves stability and ergonomic handling in either hand. The saw's convenient depth gauges are visible from either side of the saw and it has a 0-50 degree bevel range, with detents at 0, 45 and 22-1/2 degrees. It features two convenient depth gauges, one on the lower guard and one by the housing so depth is visible on either side of the saw.
